Hi Quilters, We will meet from 10:00 until 4:00 on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, in the KMVT work room. We hope to see you there, too. Knock hard on the door, so we know you are there.
Thanks to some great volunteers we were able to tie several large quilts at our last meeting. We are planning to have a day in April when we will distribute. We would like to provide several larger quilts for each organization that needs them, so we need volunteers to tie quilts. There is room to tie two or three quilts at a time in our space. We encourage you to tie in your own home, and we can provide the frames and kits.
We are the lucky recipients of some lovely fabrics thanks to the friends of Community Quilts. If you know of folks who would like to donate quilt fabric or flannels, we can always find a use for these types of fabrics.
Kimberbell has donated some new cut fabrics in bright Christmas colors. They are waiting for inspiration from our members.

Kathy Silk, manager of KMVT, reminds us that everyone who comes in the building must wear a mask and be vaccinated. We will all be wearing masks until further notice to comply with their building regulations.
